Climate Transitions was created by an interdisciplinary group of researchers and practitioners at Colorado State University committed to developing open-source and scalable processes that lead to regional climate transition communities, networks and partnerships.

Climate Transitions is an outgrowth of the CSU Climate Response Working Group, an informal internal network of 30+ faculty and professional staff who meet regularly to share information and discuss topics of mutual interest.
